A booking is confirmed once we have received the required deposit and sent you a confirmation email. The balance of payment is due as specified in your booking confirmation. We accept payment by bank transfer and major credit cards.

All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation and the specific terms of your booking. The deposit is generally non-refundable.

We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment, and other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Changes by Us

We reserve the right to make changes to your booking if circumstances require. If a significant change becomes necessary, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. You will have the choice of accepting the change, accepting an alternative arrangement, or cancelling your booking and receiving a full refund.

We accept responsibility for ensuring that the services we provide are delivered with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not accept liability for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, or other claim of any description which results from the act or omission of the person affected, or from the act or omission of a third party not connected with the provision of the services.

7. Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents including passports, visas, and any required health certificates. We cannot accept liability if you are refused entry to any country or denied boarding on any transport.
